∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be up to September 30, 2024

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 - 6 years of professional experience in a senior management position in Knowledge Management and communication
∎ Experience in developing or managing KMC plans and strategies
∎ Excellent understanding of concepts of Knowledge Management and Communication for development
∎ Strong understanding of gender issues in Bangladesh and commitment to promoting the empowerment of women and girls
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Strong facilitation skills in learning, reflection, and planning processes
∎ Demonstrable experience in publishing high-quality reports and articles
∎ Good knowledge of relevant software-based applications
∎ Excellent team player and building relationships
