∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Minimum B.Sc major in Computer Science, EEE or CSE from any reputed local or foreign university.
∎ Minimum 3+ years of experience.
∎ Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
∎ Independent problem-solving skills and statistical analysis techniques are required.
∎ Excellent skill set in developing complex business plan, costing exercises, commercial proposals, NDA, agreements etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge about the local ICT industry.
∎ Strong software and hardware knowledge.
∎ Acute attention to detail negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing.
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges.
∎ Good team player skills, execution skills, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage.
∎ A hunger to learn new skills, and to dive into challenging problems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and submission of Technical and Commercial Proposal for new tender participation or potential and existing client(s) and follow up.
∎ Prepare Technical Documentation BRS, SRS, SDD etc.
∎ Prepare presentation and solution document with details for client(s).
∎ Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning.
∎ Assist with requirements gathering for new products and for enhancements to existing software products.
∎ Explore Strategic, Technical and Commercial scopes, feasibility analysis, forecasting and prepare short term and long-term Business plan.
∎ Regular invoicing and payment collection from clients.
∎ Prepare and update periodic cash flow summary, budget, revenue forecast and cost summary.
∎ Create and finalize software development process documents as when required.
∎ Documentation of major activities and operations under designated projects.
∎ Email communication with internal/ external stakeholders.§ Perform back office activities of Business Development team as and when necessary.
∎ Participate in software testing including Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
