Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have diploma in Agriculture with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select ideal block and farmer and survey land
∎ Collect mouza map, dag and khotian no. and other related documents of the block of contract growers
∎ Distribute different essential inputs of the contract growers on time like as foundation seed, micro-nutrient and pesticide etc
∎ Ensure plantation of potato seed through contract growers on time
∎ Suggest the contract farmers about the production technology like as seed preparation, fertilizer dose and application, earthing up, irrigation
∎ Complete schedule rouging and spraying, sorting, grading, bagging, weighting, sewing and finally seed send to the cold storage
∎ Supervise the activities of labour at field
∎ Preserve documents, maintain register and submit repot to the supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Age, education and experience will be relaxed for the potential candidate
∎ Have knowledge about field activity of certified seed production through contract grower and quality seed potato production
∎ Have Knowledge about certified seed production through contract grower, manage the labour and solve different field problem
∎ Should have communication skill, analytical ability, problem-solving and reporting
∎ Should have skill on relationship building, prioritizing. planning
∎ Must have knowledge on documentation in register properly as per provided formats
∎ Have knowledge of MS word, excel and internet browsing
∎ Have to work under pressure
