Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have Diploma in Agriculture with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Progressive farmer selection and make arrangements for conducting on farm evaluation trial according to the given protocol & demonstration of the supplied varieties/products.
∎ Conduct survey for selecting suitable plots for evaluation trial & setting up Demonstration plots.
∎ Provide technical knowhow & supply inputs to the respective farmers. Regular monitoring of the evaluation & demonstration plots
∎ Field based data collection, taking photographs, preliminary data analysis and report preparation.
∎ Participate in the dealer workshop and build relationship with seed dealers along with concerned stake holders. Share and promote key characteristics of promising varieties/products to the dealers and extended channel partners.
∎ Actively participate in the ‘Field Day’s and ‘Crop cutting’ functions organised by marketing & sales division.
∎ Participate in the training program and liaising with experts of public organizations
∎ Make relations with sales people and conduct regular market survey and find out hot spots of the source of variety & varieties of desirable characteristics.
∎ Collection of up to date information about the competitive products of the market.

∎ Age and education can be considered for experienced candidates
