Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clean and sanitize all glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the restaurant.
∎ Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food preparation areas, including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, preparation slicers, steam kettles, tables and floors.
∎ Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
∎ Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, Associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the restaurant.
∎ Assist culinary staff during any special request or priorities as requested by the Banquet Chef.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be friendly and team player.
∎ Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Must be a team player and able to work under pressure and in complex situation.
∎ Hard working person (8-10 Hour's Duty Time).
