Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Management, Social Science, Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Team Manager will be responsible for providing overall technical and managerial leadership for implementing project activities, including financial management, administration and grants management. The Team Manager will maintain effective coordination and networking with concerned duty bearers and other stakeholders in relation to the project objectives. In addition to the above, the Team Manager ensures the timely and quality implementation of the project, donor reporting and documentation keeping functional relationship with Plan International's Barisal Divisional Office.
∎ Major Deliverables
∎ Leads the implementation process of the project with detailed operational planning and budgeting.
∎ Applies the M&E Framework of the project to support comprehensive and quality monitoring of the project performance at all levels following results framework
∎ Provides support to Jhalakati district administration for proper planning and achieving the set targets of the district action plan to end child marriage.
∎ Prepares reports ensuring quality and compliance of GAC, Plan and RDF.
∎ Creates and updates the project Risk Register for Jhalakati
∎ Works with the communications team for capturing success stories and other achievements.
∎ Directly supervises six positions (Coordinators for Admin, Accounts, Communications, M&E, Technical Coordinator GEE and the Upazila Coordinator)
∎ Manages performance of all team members and develops their capacity.
∎ Reports to the Chief Executive of the organization and based in Jhalakati.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 7 years In the similar discipline
∎ Must have prior project management experience with national NGO or INGO.
∎ Willing to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 69230 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus and annual increment as per RDF HR Policy
