Responsibilities & Context:
To support and achieve optimum production performance vs budget within production activities by communicating relevant performance data to the management team as per set budget & production targets in conjunction with planning teams & production management.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a large process industry.
• Experience of working with automated equipment and instrumentation, Conveying system, Control panel
• Ensure production maintenance operation is managed during his shift to meet the internal customer requirement ensuring adherence to the defined safety and quality standards.
•Ensure coordination on the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment operates as required.
•Ensure review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.
•Ensure the identification and achievement of maintenance technician training and development to ensure required skills inventory is in place.
