Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Diploma in Merchandising, Textile & Design or relevant disciplines.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a clear plan for how to execute on product development and production operations to lead the team to meet and exceed financial goals
∎ Perform competitive research; continuously evaluate marketplace to identify and review applicability of key trends in manufacturing, raw materials; identify significant innovations and share with partners in Sourcing, Raw Materials and Design on regular basis.
∎ Identify and suggest new product opportunities; new vendors to diversify the product base.
∎ Identify needs and secure capacity to deliver on the long-term global business growth plan for Bangladesh.
∎ Strategically allocate production with best margin efficiency to meet financial goals - based on factory performance, capability and capacity evaluation.
∎ Standardize and align business processes working together with the regional team; ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement on efficiency in our processes
∎ Work with high-end European brands and meet their requirements and reach their expectations.
∎ Act as a role model and strong representative of CompassTex internal and external interactions. Maintain a professional approach in all situations and lead the team and the business with a high level of respect for all.
∎ Recognize the value of Diversity and Inclusion - encouraging representation of multiple views and perspectives, creating a safe place to work for all.
∎ Lead, train, educate, motivate, and inspire the team as required and work proactively for team development plan
∎ Engage in Performance Management process and goals.
