Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc Development Studies / Social Science / Anthropology / Political Science / Disaster Management and relevant subjects and experiences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible over-all program planning, designing for implementation to achieve the objectives of the project including monitoring and evaluation processes.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of project interventions maintaining highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary support to project and utilizing resources for implementation.
∎ Manage the human resource, procurement and financial resources, in consultation with the Management, for achieving results in line with the outputs and activities outlined in the project document.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports and organize monthly and quarterly progress reviews.
∎ Prepare the Annual Review Report, and submit the report to the Project Focal and NGOF central level project management team;
∎ Keep the Project Focal Person and NGOF Central Management updated with the project progress.
∎ Coordinate the distribution of responsibilities amongst team members and organize monitoring and tracking system of all components of the project.
∎ Maintaining effective liaison/interaction with government ministries/departments, DPHE, UNICEF, National and International Agencies, NGOs, local stakeholders, institutions and implementing partners of the project.
∎ Organize and facilitate advocacy meetings, workshops, seminars, discussions, etc. with media, sectoral stakeholders, LGIs and so on.
∎ Provide inputs and services as may be required by the Central Management of the Project with the objective of achieving high level of performance and results.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding different issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization..

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
