Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage a team of MCA telemarketing agents to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct live call monitoring, provide real-time coaching, and ensure adherence to scripts and compliance standards.
Deliver structured training programs for both new hires and existing agents to enhance skills and closing rates.
Maintain a high-energy, disciplined, and results-oriented sales floor environment.
Support agents with high-value or complex calls to increase conversions.
Track, analyze, and report team performance metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and high performance.
