Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Lead and supervise the lead conversion/follow-up team to ensure daily productivity and performance

  2. Monitor team follow-up activities to maximise lead conversion and sales closure

  3. Review call quality through CRM/call monitoring systems and provide feedback/coaching

  4. Ensure proper lead handling, timely follow-up, and accurate CRM updates by team members

  5. Set individual/team KPIs and monitor performance against targets

  6. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans

  7. Work closely with Sales/Advising/HR teams for performance evaluation and development

  8. Prepare regular team performance, conversion, and productivity reports

  9. Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales and operational goals

  10. Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance standards within the team
