Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reach out to potential customers using Digital platforms and take appropriate measures to successfully on-board them.
∎ With an entrepreneurial attitude will need to own the digital acquisition strategy and think fast to react to an ever changing landscape to take advantage of market opportunities.
∎ Work with development and product teams to ensure user experience is as friction-less as possible, and make recommendations to improve.
∎ Plan and monitor everyday customer interaction through call, text, etc. using digital-social medias.
∎ Analyse and report data to measure effectiveness of customer reach& acquisition and also different customer acquisition campaigns.
∎ Lead, train and develop the direct reports for carrying out the one on one acquisition approach with full efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience working in similar role or with Digital Marketing platform
∎ People having work experience with e-commerce platform are encouraged
∎ Being in a team lead position for 1/2 years is required
∎ Good knowledge over all different digital marketing channels
∎ Hands on experience of using Google Analytics/CRM software or similar
∎ Having hands on experience in data coding, database scripting with knowledge on programming tools like Python, SQL, etc. will be considered as added advantage and will have high preferences
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
∎ Good analytical skills
∎ Good command over social media
∎ Good time management skills
∎ Team player
