Responsibilities & Context:
To be confident in handling the Systems of ISP with home & corporate Customers.
Maintain Customer Care Calls & Provide support over the phone and ISP client service proper delivery.
Troubleshooting & maintenance of optical fiber networks like WDM, DWDM, FTTx and GPON, EPON, OLT, ONU, PLC Splitter devices.
Must have experience in optical fiber network core distribution and related work.
Maintain and develop a network monitoring system.
Manage the technical team.
Excellent understanding of IP addressing, TCP/IP networking, VLAN, Firewall, VPN, NAT, and Layer 3 network.
Manage PPTP, PPPoE, and static Clint.
Knowledge of routing protocols.
Configure and Maintenance Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper Router, and Switch.
Monitoring MRTG Graph, User Log Sever, and Prepaid billing Software of the Office.
Submission of monthly report to BTRC.
