Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervisory Responsibilities :-
∎ Collaborate team with the relevant departments to better address client needs & providing regular updates to higher management.
∎ Guide team to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
∎ Supervising and team management, work under pressure, research and troubleshooting.
∎ KPI Base :-
∎ Ticket Resolve.
∎ Maintaining user response on performance.
∎ Doing cost effective solution design for new system and service.
∎ Ensure employees overall Performance.
∎ Ensure overall Team Management and knowledge Management.
∎ R & D on new features and requirements.
∎ Duties/Responsibilities :-
∎ Manage different types of internal servers such as LDAP Server, Gateway, Proxy server, Owncloud Server, Trac server for IT help desk, Gogit server for local code repository, Web server & FTP server.
∎ Zenoss, NMS, Nagios and ntopng servers for monitoring all servers and chronograf server as per requirements.
∎ Real time Backup/Recovery of Data using ZFS technology.
∎ Enterprise VPN, SSL-VPN, SoftEther, Wireguard and OpenVPN.
∎ Implement Docker/Container and Its maintainer like Portainer.
∎ DNS Server Configure like Power DNS and Pi-hole.
∎ Different types of hypervisor server Proxmox, XCP-NG and XEN-Orchestra Virtualization Cluster with HA.
∎ HAProxy Load Balancer and Reverse-Proxy.
∎ Storage Defined NAS/SAN/Cloud Server like TRUENAS, MFS, LIZARDFS, Glusterfs and AWS.
∎ Software Defined storage (Object Storage), S3-storage.
∎ Switching & Routing using CISCO, Unifi, HP, BDCOM, Linux / FreeBSD and Mikrotik. Routing topology MPLS, BGB, OSPF, Multi VLAN Trunking.
∎ IPS switching-Routing Bandwidth Management.
∎ Bandwidth Management using Enterprise grade Firewall/Internet Gateway.
∎ Next Generation Firewall like Opensense, Pfsense & Sophos.
∎ Configure DATA Center Server using Enterprise grade Firewall/Open-Source Software Technology.
∎ Hardware Maintenance of DELL, HP, SuperMicro and workstation.
∎ Checking Nessus vulnerabilities notifications and working on to patch all servers and update packages, maintaining change management policy.
∎ Working on an ansible server to centrally manage and monitor all servers.
∎ Taking backup/restore of VM images into/from encrypted format using scripts.
∎ Reviewing server’s firewall policies as per requirements and security.
∎ Maintain ACL (access control list) for different portals, using AD and DHCP facilities.
∎ Coordinate with the IT support team to solve any complex issues.
∎ Involvement with compliance team and Information Security Training Programs.
∎ Checking and implementing various client’s compliance requirements on systems.
∎ Preparing and updating different audit required evidence documentation.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Helping compliance to populate logs for IT audits and incident reporting.

∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with mentorship attitude.
∎ Working experience on Linux & Windows server administration.
∎ Working experience with VDI technology on Linux & Windows server.
∎ Working experience on LDAP & Active Directory server administration.
∎ Working experience on AWS, GoogleCloud, Digital Ocean cloud platform.
∎ Working experience on PHP, MYSQL and MS SQL Database.
∎ Working experience on Web server hosting, DNS server and VPN server.
∎ Working experience on Linux and Windows soft firewall, as well as Next Generation (NGFW) hardware firewall.
∎ Proficient with scripting, Linux system, networking, communication in English.
∎ Working experience on Different cluster servers like Software Define Storage server, Ceph storage.
∎ Ability to supervise and team management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Desire to learn globalization by working closely with a global team.
∎ Proficiency of English language skill - both written and verbal.
∎ Must have RHCSA / CCNA / MTCNA / AWS (one or more) Certifications and experience with Linux operating system.
∎ Certification On Ethical Hacking or System security management will be plus.
∎ Experience with various Cloud Server and AWS Server administration.
∎ Docker, Kubernetes and related DevOps expertise will get extra considerations.
∎ Experience with physical (Dell, HP, Unifi, IBM) and virtual (ProxMox/XCP-NG/Hyper-V) systems..
∎ Working experience on Windows Active Directory (AD) Server Administration.
∎ Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
∎ Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
∎ Experience with scripting and automation tools.
∎ Proven job experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role in mid to large organization/services.
∎ Knowledge of system security (e.g. IDS, IPS), Data (restore, back-up, disposal), Network penetrations etc.
∎ Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2 (any or more) audit requirements and control implementation on systems.
∎ Physical Requirements :-
∎ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
∎ Capability to work in any delivery zones or regions.
∎ Work from home, Work at office and must be able to access and monitor Server Room (Data Center) physically.
∎ Ability to work at Night shift including 24/7 roster based (Max- 8 Hrs.) duty.
