Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct accurate measurements of land, boundaries, and physical features.
- Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, drones, and levels.
- Prepare detailed maps, plats, and reports from survey data.
- Establish and verify legal land boundaries for property deeds and titles.
- Resolve boundary disputes and provide expert witness testimony when needed.
- Inspect sites and analyze terrain, elevation, and site conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, calculations, and documentation.
