Script Writing & Content Strategy

• Lead script writing for promotional videos, ads, reels, walkthroughs, and brand films

• Develop storytelling concepts aligned with real estate branding

• Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and communication

Media & Marketing Leadership

• Plan and execute content strategies for marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams

• Guide junior writers, designers, and editors

• Translate marketing goals into creative and impactful content plans

Social Media Management (Expert Level)

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules

• Analyze performance metrics: reach, engagement, and insights

• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (preferred)

Real Estate Branding & Promotion

• Create content for project launches, studio apartments, interior design, and lifestyle branding

• Handle property promotion, walkthrough scripts, and client-facing content

• Understand buyer psychology in the real estate sector to maximize impact
