Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/ Graduate from any recognized university, who has interest in survey work.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering will get preference.
∎ Academic qualification is flexible for those who have experience in working with survey farm as a surveyor for at least one year.

∎ Working with 30+ Banks & financial organizations. Basically, IES Limited gets work order from Bank/Financial Institution, conducts Survey & Valuation of Land, Machinery, Building, Apartment, Vehicle etc. and provide related services and thereafter, reports are provided to the concerned Bank/Financial Institution.

∎ Vacancy: Over 40 Vacancies for CHATTOGRAM Zone & Faridpur, Pabna, Khulna, Shariatpur, Madaripur, Gopalganj, Rajbari Jashore, Bogura on urgent basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection of work order from the Bank/Financial Institution.
∎ Visit land, building and other properties as asked by the Bank/FIs.
∎ Report preparation as per prescribed formats.
∎ Understanding mouza map, identification of land following mouza map as well as understanding all sorts of Deeds& documents of land, building, apartment, etc.
∎ Understanding all sorts of legal documents like- C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, mutation, BIA Deed, DCR, GRR, Porcha, Mouza Map etc.
∎ Checking Mouza Rate & Market price of Land / other property.
∎ Determination of estimated cost of the civil work, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: Flexible.
∎ Should have basic Knowledge in Computerand Microsoft Word & Excel software,
∎ Should have well understanding and writing skill in English,
∎ Employment Agreement for minimum 2.50 years needs to be executed.
