∎ Science background, B.Sc/ Diploma in Engineer's/ EEE/Bio- Medical/ Optometrist from any reputed University/ College.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with valued customers, work in the OR recommending solutions.
∎ Maintains time to time knowledge of market needs and industry trends through reader surveys.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending in workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Experience Required: 0-1 Years/ Fresher's are also welcome.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, competitive selling technique, business acumen, organizational skills, managing complexity, written and oral communication skills and has to have a hunger for sales growth.
∎ A valid driving license.
∎ The ability to travel as needed, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
∎ Having sales experience in ophthalmic products are highly preferable. .
