  • Strong knowledge of product costing, pricing, duty & tax calculations.

  • Experience in DGDA filing, product registration, import permission, and regulatory processes (preferred).

  • Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

  • Expertise in commercial documentation, LC processing, banking activities, and international correspondence.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and email communication.

  • Strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description:

We are seeking a competent and experienced Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Commercial to oversee commercial operations, international correspondence, DGDA-related tasks, and product costing activities. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and highly skilled in communication with principals, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full commercial operations including import, export, LC/TT, bank documentation, and customs procedures.
  • Handle mail correspondence with international principals, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and verify all commercial documents: PI, LC, TT, Invoice, Packing List, BOE, BL, COA, COO, etc.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, C&F agents, and logistics for smooth shipment follow-up.
  • Maintain regular communication with Accounts, Supply Chain, and Management to ensure smooth workflow.

DGDA Work:

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on drug regulatory documents, product registration, renewal, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain proper communication with DGDA officials and ensure timely updates as per regulations.
  • Product Costing & Pricing: Collect and analyze price quotations from principals.
  • Calculate landed cost including freight, duty, VAT, AIT, and all other associated expenses.
  • Prepare final pricing based on company policy, profit margin, and market competitiveness.
  • Maintain cost sheets and update pricing regularly.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and commercial documentation for management review.
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards, customs rules, banking guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
