∎ B.Sc in Computer Science from a reputed university or Diploma in Computer Science / Experienced candadies has given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily employee attendance data extraction/transfer from device to the system is uploaded error free.
∎ Assist in testing new ERP developments before release within specified deadlines
∎ Prepare user manuals intended as a reference for end users, providing guidance on usability and features of ERP from functional perspective
∎ Train users on new changes/improvements made to the system
∎ Perform Desktop, Laptop, Attendance devices and others hardware like Printer, Networking equipment and software installations and troubleshooting.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and performs monitoring data connectivity from corporate office to other sub office.
∎ Monitoring and update software.
∎ Provide helpdesk support to the users of corporate office.
∎ Accurately log incidents and ensure all relevant data is captured.
∎ Monitor, progress and resolve incident whilst ensuring employees/ corporate officials' satisfaction through proactive updates, frequent contact and escalation where necessary.

∎ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
∎ Outstanding oral and written communication skills
∎ Ability to convey technical information to a general audience
∎ Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
∎ Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
