Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
∎ Work continuously on task until completion
∎ Priorities and manage many open cases at one time .
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Identifying hardware and software solutions.
∎ Managing multiple cases at one time.
∎ Clear knowledge about basic networking.
∎ Configuring and troubleshooting network devices ( router, switch, access point) .
∎ Network printer/local printer connect/sharing.
∎ Printer problem/solution (Basic)
∎ Configuring email (outlook/others)
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Must knowledge in Hardware & Networking, IT support service.
