Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day functional activities assigned by center.
∎ Monitor that a complete service & maintained record for all projects.
∎ Performing physical rectification work and problem solving capability.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow and staff management.
∎ Provide necessary help and Technical assistance to clients for our Telecommunication/ Security Device as per customers' requirements with proper verification.
∎ Follow up and work closely with Distributor/Dealer, Retailer, Corporate customer & other business partner service related activity to satisfy customer and resolved their quarries.
∎ Monitoring, Supervising, organizing Technical team and act as a motivator to advice, instruction, share ideas, assistance and evaluate their performance to co ordinate with sales team.
∎ Allocate field work and support Technician ideas to solve problem and provide comprehensive proper feedback to management.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of the client's service.
∎ Oversee inventory management and restocking items which we provide.
∎ Establish and maintain a good relationship within the business community.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
