∎ Ensure Customer Support over Phone, Email, Remote Access or Physical Presence if required
∎ Must have Configure and Troubleshoot Routers, Switch, Firewalls, Wi-Fi etc.√ Must have know bike drive.
∎ Must have good managerial capacity.
∎ Excellent observation power and multitasking abilities.√ Good with documentations.
∎ Must have CCNA & MTCNA Course completed.
