About the Role:

Universal Trade & Services, a BASIS-registered IT firm serving U.S. real estate companies, is hiring a Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have prior experience working in a U.S.-based call center or similar voice-related environment, and be comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide voice and non-voice support to U.S.-based clients
  • Handle task coordination, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
