• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Supply Chain Management

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Pest Control, Agro based Startup

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Profound Knowledge about Raw Materials(RM) and Packaging Materials (PM)

• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Purchase

• Relevant knowledge on purchase related VAT & TAX

• Relevant knowledge in International Procurement

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Strong verbal and written presentation skills

• Effective Communication and Leadership Skill

• Must be excellent in problem Solving and data analysis

A Supply Chain Manager in a seed/ pesticide company is responsible for managing the supply chain life-cycle, from procurement to distribution. Their duties include:

• Developing strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Negotiating contracts: Working with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality standards.

• Monitoring inventory: Tracking and forecasting inventory levels to balance supply and demand

• Using software: Using supply chain management software to track and analyze in real-time.

• leading teams: Leading cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain operations integrate with other business units

• Staying informed: Keeping up with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management Implementing

• Sustainable practices: Aligning with company values and regulations, and implementing sustainable and ethical supply chain practices.

• Managing staff: Managing and mentoring supply chain staff, and fostering a culture of professional development and continuous improvement.

• Any other task assigned by management.
