Responsibilities & Context:

• Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies based on demand forecasting

• Manage procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations

• Ensure proper stock control (Reorder Level, FIFO, Stock Turnover)

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth operations

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging

• Optimize delivery planning, routing, and order flow

• Manage suppliers and logistics partners, including negotiation and performance monitoring

• Prepare and analyze supply chain reports (cost, lead time, wastage, fulfillment)

• Monitor supply chain performance using ERP / Excel tools

• Identify operational risks and implement preventive solutions

• Ensure cross-functional coordination with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams

• Explore innovative packaging, sourcing, and operational improvements aligned with company objectives

• Assist in developing and improving supply chain processes and SOPs
