Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure food preparation are ready on time to serve the patient and attendance & complete equipment to be enough for each meal.
∎ To ensure that assign persons are completed their respecting task on time as we set up the standard.
∎ To ensure the diet card collects from the dietary and given to the proper persons (Waiters) on time to prepare the food tray & additional order to given the assign persons get the order on time and service to the patient on time.
∎ Food & Beverage supervisor greet customers and check that they are enjoying their experience. They also manage customer complaints and rectify customer problems.
∎ Food and beverage supervisors oversee the inventory of all service equipment’s in an establishment. They conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors.
∎ Food and beverage supervisors ensure that the establishment for which they work meets all food sanitation and safety regulations.
∎ They must be knowledgeable about the most updated laws and guidelines and are responsible for communicating this information to all workers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4-5 years of experience will be given preference.
∎ Experience in a restaurant and cafeteria would be an added advantage.
∎ Should be lucidly proficient in speaking English and bangla
∎ Must possess the effective management and leadership skills
∎ Should have good customer relation / communication skills
∎ Possess good inter-personal and presentation skills
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and smart working
