Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist project team by ensuring proper WASH services in designated area.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of WASH measures to address priority public health risks according to the agreed plan, and complimentary to physical sanitation measures, to meet the needs in excreta disposal, wastewater.
∎ Supervise the repairing works, desludging, cleaning works and reporting the progress of work.
∎ Supervise the regular operation and maintenance of water & sanitation services and reporting the progress of work.
∎ Organize and facilitate training to the community facilitators and front-line project staffs on water and sanitation issues.
∎ Monitor the impact of WASH activities and provide regular, timely and accurate narrative and financial information for inclusion in the UNHCR's reports for the Team Leader or other parties.
∎ Ensure that WASH activities are in line with SPHERE standards, Federation Watsan and Health & Care policies and national policies.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in WASH sectors with Water supply, Water Treatment, sanitation, FSM and SWM and work experience in cox's bazar preferable.
∎ Experience in Humanitarian Assistance and Emergency Response Program.
∎ Ability to communicate with people in local language (Cox's Bazaar).
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal).
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills (Have strong knowledge of MS Office).

Salary: Tk. 42089 (Monthly)
