Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring that all staff, including waiters, runners, and busboys, are performing their duties efficiently.
∎ Assign tasks and responsibilities to the team members and ensure they understand their roles.
∎ Conduct daily briefings with the team to discuss menu changes, specials, and service standards.
∎ Monitor service to ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to all Members.
∎ Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring Member and guest satisfaction.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized environment in the dining area, ensuring that tables, chairs, and other equipment are in good condition.
∎ Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they are seated promptly and comfortably.
∎ Develop positive relationships with Members, enhancing their dining experience.
∎ Handle reservations and manage the seating arrangement to optimize table turnover and Member and guest satisfaction.
∎ Train new staff members on service standards, menu items, and Club policies.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and ensure consistency in service delivery.
∎ Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
∎ Monitor inventory levels of dining room supplies, including cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
∎ Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless flow of service and adequate stock of food and beverages.
∎ Assist in placing orders for supplies and managing inventory to minimize wastage.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per local regulations.
∎ Prepare and maintain reports related to staff performance, sales, and Member’s feedback.
∎ Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning and organizing events or special promotions.
∎ We are seeking experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor.
∎ A) Supervise and Coordinate Staff:
