Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Minimum SSC/HSC.

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical will be given preference.

• Relevant technical certification is an added advantage.

• Ability to work in shifts (morning/evening/night).

• Good communication and emergency-handling skills.

• Must be physically fit and attentive.

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Lift Operator/Lift Technician to ensure smooth operation, routine maintenance, and safety checks of the building’s elevators. The candidate must be knowledgeable about lift machinery, safety procedures, and emergency handling.

• Operate elevators/lifts safely for members, guests, and staff.

• Perform daily inspection and checklist of lift operation.

• Report any malfunction or unusual sound/vibration immediately to the supervisor/engineering team.

• Assist in routine maintenance and coordinate with service providers/maintenance contractors.

• Ensure compliance with all lift safety rules and operational guidelines.

• Handle emergency situations such as lift entrapment following standard procedures.

• Maintain proper logbook/record of lift usage and maintenance activities.

• Support facility management team in relevant tasks assigned.
