Education:
Minimum SSC/HSC.
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical will be given preference.
Relevant technical certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a responsible and skilled Lift Operator/Lift Technician to ensure smooth operation, routine maintenance, and safety checks of the building’s elevators. The candidate must be knowledgeable about lift machinery, safety procedures, and emergency handling.
Operate elevators/lifts safely for members, guests, and staff.
Perform daily inspection and checklist of lift operation.
Report any malfunction or unusual sound/vibration immediately to the supervisor/engineering team.
Assist in routine maintenance and coordinate with service providers/maintenance contractors.
Ensure compliance with all lift safety rules and operational guidelines.
Handle emergency situations such as lift entrapment following standard procedures.
Maintain proper logbook/record of lift usage and maintenance activities.
Support facility management team in relevant tasks assigned.
