Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, develop and monitor the sales team to achieve the sales objective
∎ Motivate & guide the team regular basis
∎ Recruit, hire, and train new sales executives
∎ Visit team members in the field and evaluate their performance
∎ Act as fire-fighter whenever the team needed
∎ Track daily, weekly & monthly performance of sales representatives and ensure they meet the sales target
∎ Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for upgrading weak market
∎ Analyze competitor's activity, sales trends, and track unit sales to ensure competitive advantage.
∎ Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years experience in Sales & Activation & Minimum 1 year experience in managing a large sales team
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management/Key Account Management, Corporate Marketing, Telesales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Banks, Insurance, Leasing, Telecommunication, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
∎ Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Result-oriented and customer-focused.
∎ Willingness to do outdoor work
∎ Able to travel extensively
