Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from reputed university or Studying in 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year of BBA/Honors in Business Studies or English (Preferred) or any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for visiting potential valued customers directly for selling Privilege membership cards through building up a good relationship with them.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through one to one engagement, hub-based activities, cold calling, and networking
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Maintain relationships and represent the company with clients to ensure the continuation of the business relationships.
∎ Work as part of the nationwide large sales team in order to identify prospects existing with the clients and coordinate within the teams to deliver on those needs.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age Below or equal to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are encouraged to apply
∎ The candidate should be local and should have well knowledge about the local people and market
∎ Must have to have a smartphone and agree to share the daily report by using his phone
∎ Has endurance of working outdoor for long periods of time
∎ Sincere, hardworking, reliable, able to work under pressure and in a team environment. Should be presentable and has great negotiation skill
∎ Smart, good oral and written communication skills.
∎ Dynamic, motivated, self-driven and proactive, self-starter, energetic, and target-oriented to achieve the goal.
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently with fixed deadlines.
∎ Effective team player
