Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts, Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation, maintain & follow-up forms like VAT-6.3, VAT-4.3, VAT-6.6 & others as required.
∎ Preparation, maintain & follow-up of registers like VAT-6.1, VAT-6.2 & others as required.
∎ Prepare & Submit price declaration time to time. (Musk-4.3)
∎ Preparation & submission of monthly VAT return (VAT-9.1).
∎ Properly record and maintain of all Bill of Entries and other import documents to get the rebate.
∎ Ensure necessary documentation on VAT related issues.
∎ Liaison and closely work with local VAT regulators and solve the barriers related to Company VAT issues & capable of handle them.
∎ Prepare & submit monthly VAT return.
∎ Handle VAT audit (by VAT authorities) as and when scheduled and maintain Liaison with VAT circle office
∎ Prepare VAT reconciliation statement between VAT record and accounting period.
∎ Update VDS/TDS records and ensure deposit of respective challans in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other registers as per VAT and SD Act, 12.
∎ Prepare and Submit 4.3 (Input-Output Co-efficient).
∎ Prepare, submit and receive price approval from VAT authority;
∎ Preserve all documents as per Acts and Rules.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced certification in VAT will be added as an advantage
∎ Skills Required: Advance Excel, Data analysis and presentation
∎ Working in SAP will be an added advantage.
