Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have diploma in Agriculture / HSC in science with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help in preparing annual production plan and budget for fodder
∎ Concentrate feed requirement and production for good quality feeds and fodder
∎ Implement taking lease lands and purchase lands for fodder production
∎ Supervise all labor related to fodder production
∎ Prepare silage and hay during availability of fodder for crisis period
∎ Give idea on new technology to respective managers
∎ Preserve straw and hay in right way for maintaining in the store.
∎ Keep record in data in favor of Assistant Manager, Animal Nutrition and help in report preparation
∎ Share to respective supervisors on any innovative ideas or good practices developed or collected from all over the world
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Any task assigned by the supervisor as and when required
∎ Job Location: Bull and Breeding Station, Bogra, Sherpur, Bogura, Rajshahi

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Have Technical knowledge on fodder production and animal rearing and Management
∎ Have practical experiences in feeding, breeding, vaccination
∎ Have computer knowledge
∎ Have communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking
