∎ Also We Maya Corporation are going to lunching some new Chain restaurant in Dhaka. For That Maya Corporation is now looking for a talented person for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station in the Restaurant.
∎ Briefs associates on preparations, service and content of menu items.
∎ Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
∎ Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
∎ Ensures that the department complies with and exceeds standard operating procedures.
∎ Shares responsibilities with the Manager for financial performance of department including revenue, profit, operating budget and accounting control procedures.
∎ Maintain guest satisfaction and ensure repeat business through personalized, efficient service.
∎ Regularly upgrade and review standards of service, quality and hospitality in the outlet.
∎ Coordinate monitor and develop positive ongoing interdepartmental daily working relationships especially with Executive Chef, Restaurant /Room service/ Lounge Managers, vendors and local community.
∎ Maintain facilities and equipment in perfect condition and implement procedures to keep breakages and losses to an absolute minimum.
∎ Attend taste- panels on a daily basis and review food quality.
∎ Develop creative food & beverage set ups and promotional events on an ongoing basis.
∎ Directly responsible for the grooming standards and appearance of all associates in the department.
∎ Supervises proper input in Micros of all outlet checks and is responsible for ensuring that all policies in respect of billing are adhered to.
∎ Takes order, promote outlet's specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
∎ Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel or Hospital or other Hospitality sector
∎ Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction
∎ Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
∎ Analyzing training needs/requirements
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
∎ Ability to communicate with others effectively
∎ Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings
∎ Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
∎ Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
∎ Familiarity with restaurant management software's
∎ Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
∎ Ability to build consensus and relationships among Managers, Partners, and Employees
