Job Context:
∎ To run an Outlet/Shop successfully. Working on the shop floor, the incumbent is required to be consistent with his customers and staff. Ensuring great customer service as well as dealing with the financial and inventory aspects of the outlet.
∎ Job Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving various targets (Sales/Footfall/Gross Profit/Sales Growth)
∎ To manage cash and inventory (Accuracy target)
∎ Responsible for placing demand by checking the product stocks
∎ To maintain a relationship with the stakeholders
∎ Ensuring motivation of employees, orientation, briefing, and monitoring
∎ To implement company strategy according to instruction
∎ Ensuring timely outlet opening, closing, and attendance management
∎ Conduct regular maintenance of equipment and fixtures
∎ Maintain relationships with special customers and meet their demand
∎ Gather demand from surrounding businesses and develop an additional sales channel
∎ Maintain proper merchandising of the products and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
∎ Any other responsibility assigned as per requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having 2 years' experience in a relevant field will be given preference
∎ Well-mannered, well-behaved, and well rounded
∎ Responsible and matured
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
