Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing sales, staff, inventory, and overall outlet activities.
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of goods.
∎ Receiving store goods from local suppliers.
∎ Maintaining proper records, receiving stores, and tags and tracking.
∎ Record daily stock lifting and sell-out.
∎ Increasing retail productivity and operational efficiencies.
∎ Setting sales targets and motivating staff to meet those goals. Leading staff meetings to ensure all associates stay informed.
∎ Ensure home delivery from out-late.
∎ Have experience in ERP operation to Update and establish standard store and inventory management policy & planning then review from time to time.
∎ Complete outlet administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
∎ Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.
∎ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).

∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a retail outlet manager.
∎ Experience in Shwapno, Agora, Meena Bazar or similar organizations will get preference.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Must have the ability to solve problems.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Looking smart, confident & strong personality.
