Experience:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
Education can be considerable for highly experience candidate.
Freshers with strong academic background and technical knowledge may also encourage to apply.
Good knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems in industrial machines.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software (if any).
Safety-conscious and hands-on approach to engineering problems
Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of production machinery and equipment.
Support the Shift In-Charge/Production Engineer in achieving production targets.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical or mechanical issues under supervision.
Maintain proper documentation of daily output, raw material usage, and machine logs.
Coordinate with the maintenance and QC departments when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline on the production floor.
Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality norms.
Any other job assign by the manager.
