Diploma or B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, protection systems and electrical design.
The candidate should be Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate.
Ability to work in high pressure environment·
Ability to manage large scale project.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Bangladesh.
Support to planning, execution and implementation of rooftop solar projects.
Prepare and review BOQ, design, drawings and technical specifications.
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely installation, quality control and adherence to project guidelines.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support during installation, testing and commissioning of solar project.
Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, government officials and field teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare project reports, track progress and resolve on-ground implementation challenges.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during project execution.
Forecast and manage project budgets, timelines and logistics.
