This role will require the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum of two years counselling experience preferably in the education industry.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Superior negotiation skills to establish beneficial partnerships.
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team and stakeholders effectively.
• Fluent in English – written and verbal.

• To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations
• Through knowledge in updated information regarding visa applications, handling fees and changes pertaining to immigration laws of all countries.
• Ability to liaise with customers directly at any given time or location to provide excellent customer service.
• To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.
• Support execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
• Be productive and effective member of office team and support through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.
