• Age 25 to 40 years

• Handle student inquiries and leads received through Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels.

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities in different countries, based on their academic background, eligibility and career goals.

• Provide clear information about suitable countries, universities/institutions, courses and admission requirements.

• Assess students’ academic qualifications and help them identify suitable study programs.

• Explain admission procedures, tuition fees, visa requirements, processing procedures and other related costs clearly to students and guardians.

• Guide students through the complete admission and student visa application process.

• Handle student and guardian queries professionally and build strong client relationships.

• Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain proper communication throughout the application process.

• Collect, check and organize required academic and visa-related documents.

• Coordinate with universities, institutions, visa processing teams and other relevant parties when required.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and applications.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed applications through effective counseling and follow-up.

• Stay updated on changes in admission requirements, visa regulations and study opportunities in different countries.

• Meet assigned targets and contribute to the overall growth of the education consultancy business.

Preferred: Candidates with practical experience in Student Counseling, Study Abroad Consultancy, University Admission or Student Visa Processing will be preferred. Experience handling students for multiple countries will be an advantage.
