∎ Must have previous experience in dealing with a large number of clients promptly and with adequate care.
∎ Excellent communication skills are mandatory in both English and Bengali.
∎ Physically and mentally fit enough to attend office regularly.
∎ Experienced in writing SOP is an added bonus.
∎ Proficiency in MS office Package is must.
∎ Ability to Work under Pressure;

∎ Critical and analytical thinking
∎ Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

∎ Provide Counseling regarding foreign Education and Visit Visa to students and guardians.
∎ To receive phone calls and give proper information about applications.
∎ Experienced at building strong communication with clients over the phone and face-to-face.
∎ Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
∎ Provide current information about Universities, Course Fees, Admissions, Visa procedures etc.
∎ Provide Counseling regarding foreign Education and Visit Visa to students and guardians.
