Position: Student Consultant

Location: Uttara, Dhaka

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, call, explain, and enroll new students on a daily basis.

• Meet monthly and intake-based goals and targets for assigned study destinations.

• Counsel prospective students regarding studying abroad — including admission procedures, visa requirements, tuition fees, and other related costs.

• Maintain 100% compliance throughout all application and documentation processes.

• Provide counselling both face-to-face and through digital platforms (phone, social media, etc.).

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly operational reports.

• Support senior management with reports, data, and special projects as needed.

• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are properly filed and monitor compliance with relevant laws and policies.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an education consultancy firm preferred. Freshers can also apply.

• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strategic-minded, sales-driven, and result-oriented.

Essential Skills

• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
