Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Night And Day Shifting Duty
∎ Make sure we have precise records for every inventory transaction.Aim to maintain just the right amount of stock so that production and deliveries run smoothly without any hiccups.Implement effective systems to control inventory, reducing waste and discrepancies in stock.Oversee the daily activities of the store department.Develop and enforce clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline store management and make processes easier for everyone.Monitor all incoming and outgoing materials, making sure they meet our quality and quantity standards.Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to manage delivery schedules and quickly resolve any issues.Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, stock movement, and overall departmental performance to keep everyone informed.
