Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Degree/ Honors/ Masters pass in any subject from general education system.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor stock to keep 100% batch and inventory accuracy.
∎ Receive and issue stocks against valid documents.
∎ Arrange to keep all stocks business wise and alphabetically in fresh stock location inside store and develop storage location time to time.
∎ Reconcile the stock of all businesses with software balance and find out the variance (if any) between physical stock and software balance. 100% stocks to be counted at each month end & 80 numbers of products on daily basis regularly.
∎ Arrange to raise NCR invoices instantly after being identified as broken, damaged, carton/transit shortage, refurbish able and expired products and shift all broken, damaged, expired and technical/deteriorated products to restricted location and refurbish able products to NCA location (Non Confirming Area) instantly inside stores.
∎ Implement ISO policies, procedures and instructions related to storage of goods and distribution as well as documentation.
∎ Receive and send Stock Transfer products instantly as and when required.
∎ Assist Depot Head in preparing various reports and in monitoring the route expenses.
∎ Arrange to send refurbish-able & write-off products to respective Factories at each month end regularly.
∎ Arrange to clean store & utilities regularly and documented it on prescribed form.
∎ Ensure that fire extinguishers are in useable condition and maintain first aid box as per SOP.
∎ Perform any other duties given by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Initially contractual basis and will be made permanent in future based on performance.
∎ If you are not willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh then pls. don't apply.
∎ Transferable job and you will not be posted in your own district.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 7900 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Gross Salary + others. Company will not provide accommodation facility.
