Responsibilities & Context:
Sales and Customer Service:
- Achieve store sales targets and drive performance through effective management and motivation of the sales team.
- Ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered consistently.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Store Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Financial Management:
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with local customers and the community.
- Represent the store at local events and promotions.
