∎ To ensure material specification.
∎ To ensure material quantity & quality.
∎ To ensure work volume as per materials consumption quantity.
∎ To ensure materials wastage control & scrap volume minimize.
∎ To ensure safety stock level materials.
∎ Ensuring materials at site in right time in right way & confirm actual consumption.
∎ To maintain petty cash as per company policy.
