Job Context:
∎ Report to: General Manager
∎ Position Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Store In-charge who is responsible for the Maintain the store work proceedings like receive items as per `Chalan` before allowing goods inside the store, ensure proper stacking of goods inside the store, ensure all goods are preserved as per let down guidelines. You should maintain all records pertaining to stores, issue goods against proper demand slip and goods issued out be subtracted from store balance. Should also maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully & Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Skills Required: Related Field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily supervise all issuing & receiving of stationary, spare parts etc inspecting its quality. Monitor in keeping all records of receiving & delivery in the prescribed register as per requisition.
∎ Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
∎ Looking over total control of Stores.
∎ Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales up gradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with SOP.
∎ Responsible for the General, Spare parts, Fabric Store activities/ Trims store.
∎ Monitoring in house of stationeries, mechanical, utility, electrical spare parts etc.
∎ Preparing report on daily spare parts & other accessories inventory.
∎ Prepare delivery 'Chalan'.
∎ To Face The Annual Inventory With The External & Internal Auditor.
∎ Batch Plan Making & Distribution (Dept. Wise)
∎ Stock Report follows up (Yarn Stock, Dyes & Chem., Greige Fabric, Finish Fabric Stock, etc.)
∎ To ensure always communicate with suppliers.
∎ He is to take accountability of manpower placed under him daily.
∎ Monitoring of goods and issue materials against approved move order.
∎ Ensure the store is not jam-packed. In case it gets out of its capacity, then the same should be brought to the notice of the factory manager.
∎ Maintaining of all Order's & Buyer's Ways After Shipment Closing Report.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly stock report as per departmental requirement.
∎ Maintain store ledger and updating over the time.
∎ Arrange storing of all materials in the store maintaining compliance .
∎ Randomly test the inventory by reconciling the opening stock with the closing stock, taking account of store issues.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years' experience at the same role.
∎ Skills:
∎ Should have proper knowledge of ERP Systems, Store Management.
∎ Must have experience of handling large format apparel store.
∎ Good knowledge about trims and fabrics.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills

∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure whilst prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
