Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

Master`s degree in business or finance and then do an advanced MBA course and 2/ 3 years of experience in humanitarian operations

Bachelor in business or finance 4 years of experience in humanitarian operations

• 2 to 3 years

• Demonstrated experience in stock management and asset management

• Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and standards

• Strategic thinking and planning abilities

• Excellent training and facilitation skills

• Advanced problem-solving abilities

• Strong Leadership, people management, coordination and communication skills

• Proficiency in data management and analysis

• Ability to work independently across multiple locations

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Fluency in English and Bangla; knowledge of Rohingya language is a strong advantage

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data collection tools

• Previous experience working in humanitarian contexts, preferably in refugee settings

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as well as the ability to plan, take initiative and organize work independently.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Comfortable working in refugee camp settings and spending majority of time in the field

• Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment

Key roles and responsibilities:

Asset Management:

• Ensure accurate tracking, maintenance, and optimization of all hardware, software, telecommunications, and other organizational assets to support uninterrupted operations.

• Implement best practices for the asset lifecycle, including acquisition, allocation, maintenance, utilization, and disposal, in line with ACTED’s policies and procedures.

• Deploy an efficient asset allocation and maintenance plan across the country to meet operational needs and minimize downtime.
