Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate should have experience working in 5/4 star hotel and resorts.Cleaning and Sanitizing:Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.Ensure dishes, glassware, and cutlery are washed and stored properly.Maintain cleanliness in food preparation and storage areas.Waste Management: Dispose of waste and garbage properly.Ensure recycling and waste separation procedures are followed.Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and storing food and beverage supplies.Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors.Organize and maintain storage areas.Support to Kitchen Staff: Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., peeling, chopping, or washing ingredients).Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use.Maintaining Hygiene Standards: Follow health and safety regulations to prevent contamination.Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and fryers.Report malfunctioning equipment to supervisors for repair.Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing machines or wash dishes manually.Ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are clean and ready for use.
